Include your startup name, or your payment reference if you are writing about a charge. We aim to reply within two business days.

BILLING

Payments are processed by a third-party provider acting as the merchant of record - their name, not ours, is what appears on your statement. For a charge you do not recognise, email us first with the reference and we will trace it.

REPORTING A LISTING

If a listing is misleading, infringes your rights, or should not be here, email us with the startup name and what is wrong. We remove listings that break the Terms of Service.

PRIVACY REQUESTS

To access or delete your data, write to the same address. See the Privacy Policy for what we hold.
