DuelRing does not offer refunds. Everything sold here is delivered immediately and cannot be returned, so please read this before you pay.

WHY

A vote takes effect the moment it is bought - it changes a live contest that other people are also paying into. A queue entry places you in a public running order straight away. Refunding either after the fact would alter a result that others relied on.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR EACH PURCHASE

• ▸ Votes ($1 each) - final once bought. They cannot be moved to another startup or another round.
• ▸ Queue entry ($20) - final once paid. It buys your place in the running order and at least one round in the arena.
• ▸ Auto-rejoin - each $20 re-entry is final. You control it: set your own limit on losses and total spend, and switch it off at any time from the link in every result email.

BIDS ARE DIFFERENT - YOU ARE ONLY CHARGED IF YOU WIN

A bid of $50 or more does not charge you when you place it. It saves a payment method, and the money is only taken if your bid wins that slot. If you are outbid, nothing is ever charged, so there is nothing to refund.

WHAT YOU ARE BUYING - AND WHAT YOU ARE NOT

An entry buys placement and time: at least one full round in the arena, a permanent profile page, and a counted link to your site. It does not buy a result. We do not promise, estimate, or imply any return on your spend, or any amount of traffic, views, impressions, signups, or customers. A duel going badly, or an hour bringing fewer clicks than you hoped, is not grounds for a refund - the placement you paid for was still delivered.

IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG ON OUR SIDE

If you were charged and did not receive what you paid for - votes that never appeared, or an entry that never reached the queue - that is our error, not a refund request. Write to support@duelring.club with your payment reference and we will correct it.

CHARGEBACKS

Payments are processed by a third-party merchant of record. If you dispute a charge with your bank, they handle it under their own terms and applicable law, regardless of this policy. We would rather you contact us first.
